🏢 Community Update | July & August

✨ Window Cleaning Day is Coming!

📅 Monday, July 27, 2026
⏰ Starting at 8:00 AM

It’s time to let those windows shine! Our window cleaning team will be cleaning the exterior windows throughout the building.

Before cleaning day, please remember to:

  • 🪟 Keep all windows closed
  • 🪞 Close blinds or curtains if you’d like extra privacy
  • 🪟 Remove exterior window screens (vendors will not remove or reinstall them)
  • 🌿 Clear items from window ledges and balconies
  • 🐾 Keep pets safely inside
  • 🚶 Use caution around the building while crews are working

You may hear some temporary noise during the day. Thank you for helping us keep our community looking its best!

🚮 Trash Chute Update

The Board has temporarily closed the building’s trash chute until further notice due to repeated misuse that has caused damage, sanitation issues, and increased maintenance costs.

Please use the Trash Room for all:

  • 🗑️ Trash
  • ♻️ Recycling
  • 🌱 Compost

A few friendly reminders:

  • Break down all cardboard boxes.
  • Do not leave items outside receptacles.
  • Dispose of oversized items properly.
  • Help keep hallways and common areas clean.

Following the trash room rules helps reduce costs, keeps the building clean, and protects our shared amenities. Continued violations may result in enforcement actions or fines.

Thank you for doing your part!

June Updates

Hello Residents,

Can you believe it’s already June?

We would like to share a few important community updates:

Trash Chute Closure

The trash chute has been closed until further notice. This decision was not made lightly. Over an extended period, the Association has experienced continued misuse of the trash chute system despite previous reminders and notices regarding proper disposal procedures.

Repeated violations have resulted in operational disruptions, sanitation concerns, and increased costs to the Association. After reviewing the ongoing issues, the Board determined that temporarily closing the trash chute is necessary to prevent further damage and ensure waste is handled properly.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to address these concerns.

Additional Security Locks

At the most recent Board meeting, the Board approved the installation of four additional security locks on the lower-level entry doors. The vendor has ordered the required materials and will coordinate installation once they arrive.

We will provide additional updates as they become available.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We hope you are enjoying the start of summer and wish you a safe and enjoyable season.
